"Grace & Truth Paradox" Book Review

I read this quick little book a couple weeks ago and am finally getting around to writing a book review (I also finished Lewis' "Mere Christianity," so check back for that book review, too).

The basis of the book is that Jesus was described as being "full of grace and truth" (John 1:14), and that in order to be effective followers we, too, must be full of grace and full of truth. Alcorn, in his usual style, outlines why it's important for Christians to avoid leaning one way or the other - that to be fully Christ to the world we must be gracious to illuminate God's love and forgiveness, but also willing to speak the truth to express the sacrifices of surrendering to God.

As I mentioned, this is a quick read but full of good insights to guide us in our interactions with nonbelievers. It's definitely worth the couple hours it takes to read.
